A simple method is introduced for the preparation of large-area films of molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) microbelts. It is found that such films can be grown on indium tin oxide (ITO) glasses or silicon substrates at low temperatures by thermal evaporation deposition in air without using catalyst. Field emission measurements show that the turn-on field of the MoO3 microbelts is as low as 2.2 V/μm required to obtain a current density of 10 μA/cm2. The combination of the simplicity of the growth method and the attractive field emission performance makes it a potential low-cost technique for the preparation of large-area field emission cold cathode material.

采用非线性反馈控制,用附加了带参数的正弦项对Chen系统进行了有效的控制.随着参数k的逐渐增大,系统的动力学行为呈现出一系列的变化.数值研究结果表明:随控制参数的增大,驱动信号的强度渐大,混沌系统由混沌运动到周期轨道,最终到一相点.

使用Ti和Ni的元素粉末,用自蔓延高温合成(SHS)技术制备了等原子的多孔TiNi形状记忆合金,获得的多孔样品具有规整的外形和一定的尺度及较好的孔洞连通性.测量了样品的表观密度、最大孔径和透气性能.用SEM和XRD分析了样品的孔洞特征、元素分布及相组成.结果表明,SHS法制备高孔隙度TiNi合金,产物孔隙度高达50%以上,元素化合充分、成份均匀,且工艺过程短、节省能源,是一种比较理想的制备方法.

The morphology of the dark and bright regions observed by transmission electron microscopy for the Zr(64.13)Cu(15.75)Ni(10.12)Al(10) bulk metallic glass strongly depends on the ion beam parameters used for ion milling. This indicates that the ion beam could introduce surface fluctuation to metallic glasses during ion milling.

运用热分析技术研究了冷却曲线特征值与319铝合金中化学成分之间的关系,并进行回归分析.结果表明,在不考虑工艺因素的情况下,试样的硅含量与α-Al枝晶生长回升温度TαDENG之间的相关性最大,相关系数r为-0.65,以硅含量可预测α-Al枝晶生长回升温度.在浇注过程中,冷却速度与α-Al枝晶生长回升温度TαDENG密切相关,相关系数为r=-0.72.在相同的冷却条件下,铝合金的浇注温度和浇注量对冷却速度有明显的影响,因此,可以通过调整浇注温度和浇注量,控制铝合金的冷却速度,进而也可预测铝合金中α-Al枝晶生长回升温度TαDENG.

The present communication addresses an interesting problem related to the indeterminacy in hardness of superelastic NiTi reported by Xu et al. The origin of the indeterminacy is attributed to the inadequacy of the conventional Vickers hardness testing measurement which does not record elastic deformation, and thus the indeterminacy may be removed with suitable techniques. Concepts of hardness in relation to deformation are clarified. Recommendations for measuring the hardness of NiTi and other elastic-plastic materials are suggested, together with comments on the advantages and disadvantages of each of these methods.
